I’m thrilled to have been chosen to participate in Heterodox Haiku Journal’s Cutting Letters: English Interpretations of the 20 Traditional Japanese Kireji book project, which included two of my haiku.

haymakers
landed in the yard
knock out roses

idling through forests
past a calm lake
reflections appear

Editor Jerome Berglund did an exceptional job researching, compiling and producing this book. For those interested in an entertaining and informative look at kireji, this book will not disappoint.
